About Me
My business is based on the belief that my clients' needs are of the utmost importance. I customize organizing systems to fit each individual's needs and learning style. I am committed to meeting those needs and as a result, a high percentage of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
My name is Jan Davis and I've been eliminating clutter and organizing people just like you since 2003. Dubbed fearless, compassionate, patient, and humorous by clients and peers, I will adapt my style to your work pace. After years as an organizer and declutter expert, I've learned what works and what doesn't for different life styles. For  example, someone who needs to see everything out needs a different organizing system than the person who doesn't want to see any clutter. A chronically disorganized person has different needs than someone who just needs a kick start to get going.
After almost 20 years in the travel industry, all the attention to detail and planning lead me to an interest in the organizing industry. In order to become a Professional Organizer, I've participated in training courses, workshops, national conferences, studied books by experts in the field, and worked alongside other Professional Organizers in San Diego. All of this has given me the skills to be able to call myself a Professional Organizer and not just a hobbyist.
I have been an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) since 2003. Some of the positions I have held in the San Diego Chapter are: President, Immediate Past President, Vice President, Director of Professional Development, Facilitator of the Prospective Organizers Meetings, and served on various committees. I am also a member of NAPO's esteemed Golden Circle, open only to veteran organizers. I've been featured twice on Fox 6 News in the Morning and have spoken to various groups including the Voluntary Simplicity Group and American Business Women's Group. I've also lead several workshops and have taught classes to fledgling organizers. 

I am currently serving as Treasurer of the NAPO San Diego Chapter. 2015-2017
